A.P.J.Abdul Kalam the missile man ,one of the greatest personalities of the world. Once in an interview he was asked what are the ways to get succeed. He replied saying all simple rules which inspires every individual to work hard and succeed. He mentioned everyone should learn even handling failures not only success. Everyone should know how to overcome the problems because they make every individual strong enough. He said no one should stop acquiring knowledge which makes a person to be great.Learning is a continuous process which should not be stopped.He added imagination is the greatest power ,people who imagine impossible things break the human limitations like Einstein,Chandrasekhar etc. Inventions and discoveries happen with the imagination and hardworking.
For young generations he gave 4 tips to get succeeded.They are

2.Continuously acquire knowledge
3.Hard work
4.Persevere
He said his favorite title was “Teacher” even being an aeronautical engineer, scientist because he was inspired by his teacher. He mentioned that teacher have the capacity of building children’s dreams and motivating them. This are the true rules to get succeed for an every individual.
As we try and progress onward with that onething that drives us we need to learn to handle both the successes and also failures that come with any great endeavour. It can be easy when all is going well but difficult when problems occur – but with a strong mind any situation can be managed and dealt with for the continuation of your goals.
